1. If the customer placing the order is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to commercial or self-employed professional activity), they are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
2. Ein Widerrufsrecht scheidet aus, wenn die Leistung bei Abschluss der Verhandlungen sofort erbracht und bezahlt wird und das vom Verbraucher zu zahlende Entgelt 40,00 Euro (brutto) nicht überschreitet oder wenn der Auftrag bzw. der bestellte Zusatzservice aufgrund einer individuellen Auswahl oder Bestimmung durch den Kunden erfolgt  ist oder eindeutig auf die persönlichen Bedürfnisse des Kunden zugeschnitten ist.

Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract or from the date on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the inexpensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which  on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.

Sie haben die Waren unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem Sie uns über den Widerruf dieses Vertrags unterrichten, an uns (Europäische Verlagsgesellschaften GmbH) zurückzusenden oder zu übergeben. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

In the case of a contract for the provision of services:

If you have requested that the service should commence during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

The customer waives their right of withdrawal.,

1. if the order involves the delivery and provision of data in digitally produced form,
2. the customer expressly agrees that the execution of the contract may begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
3. the customer has confirmed their awareness that, by giving their consent, they lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has begun to be executed.
